Why the Red Seal?

It's like your Bachelors degree except you get paid for it. 

The kings and queens would imbue pieces of paper with power - but it was the red wax that made it reality. Made for the monarchs and royalty that struggled to write, each seal became its own identity. 

And if you received a letter in the mail with a red wax stamp, wouldn't you think that's pretty cool?
