the SAINT

The Oro Molido farms are located specifically in the Central Andean mountains, amidst forested slopes of mineral rich soil created from extinct volcanoes. We've found a profile to bring out it's thick creamy body and accentuate the hints of smokey whiskey that follows the classic chocolate notes in Colombian beans. 

While we recommend brewing as an espresso, brewing pour-over with the Saint can surprise you with the bright acidity of strawberries.

THE STORY: Near the tip of Spain lies a small peninsula named Gibraltar. Operated and owned by the Santos family, a confectionary shop served locals sweet treats and baked goods before eventually moving to Vancouver, British Columbia, closing their doors to their small coastal hometown in 1921. Now, their grandson is bringing that history here with a customized roast profile aptly named - The Saint.
